Karnataka: High Court grants permission for Independence Day Celebration

Bangalore: It was a big shame for Karnataka government with honorable high court of the state grants permission to Popular Front of India to conduct a grand celebration of Independence Day.

State police had denied permission to the organization which had decided to conduct Independent Day celebration in Udupi and Mysore on 15 August 2010. As part of the event the organization had decided to hold Flag hosting, Parade and Felicitation Program.

Later the organization had filed a petition in Karnataka High Court asking permission for Independence Day celebration. Now high court has permitted for the same.
