NEW LEADERSHIP ELECTED IN MAHARASHTRA

Pune : Popular Front of India Maharashtra chapter election held on 19th Jan’ 2015 for the new tenure of 2015-2016 at the Popular front of India Maharashtra state head office at Pune in the presence of E M Abdul Raheman national Vice Chairman and Abdul Samad, National Executive Council member.
General body meeting started with the last year working reports presented by Mazhar Khan, followed by discussion and suggestions and reports passed by the general body members.

In his introductory speech Abdul Samad emphasizes on the internal strengthening of the organization and asked the members to break the limits and reach out to the common man. E M Abdul Raheman in his key note speech said that Popular front of India is continuously growing and now become a mass movement, people of the marginalized section of society have pinned hope on Popular front of India to build a nation of equal rights of all. Our cadres are working hard to realize this goal. Further he said that unlike other organizations, we are not after any post. Everything depends on consultative system, fair voting and ultimately the best is selected.

He started the election process, with an open, healthy discussions followed by a fair voting. Mr. Mohammed Hanif Khan was unanimously re elected as the president and Mr. Abid Ali was declared as the general secretary of Maharashtra chapter.

The general body congratulated the newly elected office bearers and newly elected president called upon all the members to supports them for the fulfillments of the dreams ‘A new India of equal rights for all.’
