Popular Front of India distributed 10,000 school kits worth rupees 20 lakhs

Hyderabad: Popular Front of India, Andhra Pradesh state General Secretary Mr. D.S Habibullah issued a press statement that theorganization had distributed ten thousand ‘School Kits’ (containing school bags, note books & other stationary) worthrupees twenty lakhs to the poor and needy students during the mega ‘School-Chalo’ campaign which was conducted in thestate during the months of May & June’2012.
School Kits distribution programs along with educational awareness rallies &public meetings were organized in Hyderabad, Ranga Reddy, Guntur, Nellore & Kurnool districts. In Kurnool district thesedistribution programs were held in Kurnool town, Nandyal, Adoni, Yemmignur, Holagunda, Velgode, Ayyalur, Nandavaram,Gonegandla and other towns & villages.
In all these programs Popular Front state leaders, local Education & Revenuedepartment officials, educationalists, intellectuals, community leaders were attended along with thousands of public &students. Mr. Habeebullah told that Popular Front of India is committed to promote education for the empowerment ofMinorities & other down trodden communities.
Popular Front of India State Executive Council meeting was held on 2nd July’ 2012 to made review of the ‘School-Chalocampaign’, which was successfully concluded in the state.
It was decided in the meeting to provided scholarships to thepoor & talented students who are studying or going to take admission into the Law & Journalism courses. Interested talented students who are economically backward can forward their scholarship application along with their resume throughemail to: email@example.com .
It was also decided in the meeting to hold ‘Public RelationCampaign’ in the state to make the people aware about the organizational activities and to motivate them to participate insocial welfare activities. For this purpose organizational broachers & folders were released during the meeting.
The meeting was presided by the state president Mr. Shaik Abdus Subhan and attended by D.S Habibullah (GeneralSecretary), Syed Nazeer Shaheen (Secretary) and other State Executive Council Members; Mohammed Arif Ahmed Mohammed Yusuf, M. Abdul Rasheed, S. Mansoor Basha, Mohammed Irfan, Syed Abdul Lateer, B. KhaderBasha, Syed Noorullah Suhail, Abdul Ahad, Wahid Ali Shaik & Mohammed Abdullah Khan.
