Popular Front chairman E M Abdul Rahman inaugurates the public meeting at Kottakkal

Kottakkal (Kerala): Popular Front of India chairman E M Abdul Rahman pointed out that attempts to intimidate Muslims would not succeed any more because they are capable of taking the challenge. He was inaugurating the grand public conference at Kottakkal town in Malappuram.
Those who are trying to terrify Muslims through false allegations are actually living in constant fear and anxiety. The forces of hatred and violence are deprived of their sleep due to the strong presence of Popular Front of India. It was the same groups who had lost their sleep with the coming of National Development Front and who were behind the vilification campaign against Popular Front now, he added.
He also said that the agents of imperialists had infiltrated in various political parties and Muslim organisations to carry out its hidden agenda. And the chaos we see now is nothing but the result of their campaign.
Popular Front Kerala president Karamana Ashraf Moulavi chaired the conference. He termed the stand followed by Muslim League in the issue of email hacking spineless. They are afraid of losing their power. Muslim League leaders are trying to hoodwink their followers when they said that Muslims are being subjected to discrimination in the state. League leaders who were in hidernation when Muslims were shot dead by police at Beemapally and Kasarkode and were put in bad light through love jihad campaign and other means, are now coming as the saviors of the community, he added. kotakal audience
Popular Front National Council member Prof. P Koya ridiculed the claim by Muslim League leaders and said that it was not their presence that prevented fascist attacks against Muslims in Kerala after the Babri Masjid demolition. Instead it was the courage and resistance from the parts of Muslims youths that prevented such attacks. The mere statements by League leaders were not enough to prevent RSS activists who were armed with deadly weapons, he added.
Popular Front National General Secretary K M Shareef, All India Imams Council President Moulana Usman Baig, presidents of Popular Front State committees from Manippur, Tamilnadu, Delhi, Karnataka, and West Bengal also spoke in the meeting.
