Sarva Shiksha Gram inaugurated at Fakkir Mohalla, MohidPur, Madhya Pradesh.

Sarva Shiksha Gram was inaugurated at Fakkir Mohalla, Mahidpur town, in Ujjain district, Madhya Pradesh.
Sarva shiksha gram is to ensure 100% primary education in educationally backward village where literacy rate is low, school enrollment is low and dropout rate is high.
Educationally backward village were identified during a yearlong school chalo national campaign. Out of 305 families in Fakkir mohalla, children between age group of 5 to 16 years are 728. Out of them 112 students are dropouts. More than 50% of children are working as a labour in hotels, business areas and not going to school.
Jagdish Ghume, Special District Magistrate, Chief guest inaugurated Sarva Shiksha gram . Muhammed Hussain, Community development field officer explained the importance of Sarva shiksha gram. He appealed to all parents to take care of their children’s education by stating that today’s Children are tomorrow’s future. Village people assured that they will utilize this opportunity to educate their children which led’s towards Educational Empowerment.
Jagdish Ghume, SDM, Chief guest appreciated Popular Front for choosing Fakir Mohalla which is most backward in all sectors. He shared about his personal experience when he was working for state commission in Madhya Pradesh. He said government t is well planning about the welfare of people from child birth to death of every individual. Around 116 schemes are there for the welfare of people, but the problem is people are not aware about welfare schemes. He asked public to come forward and utilize Sarva shiksha gram project to build a better future for their Children’s.
Khayyum Nagori, Chairman, Mohidpur Municipality, appreciated Popular Front of India for identifying Fakkir Mohalla. He assures that Municipality is always ready to support Popular Front for achieving 100% primary Education.
Khan, Convener, Popular Front for Madhya Pradesh gave vote of thanks. Sagir Baig, in charge, Educational Dept, Mahidpur Municipality, Azam Nagori, SSG Coordinator, SSG development Committee members, Community leaders, Children’s & parents of Fakkir Mohalla also participated.
