Madikeri: National Womens Front, Madikeri district unit, has demanded stern action against culprits of crimes against women.
The organization submitted a memorandum to the state government through district commissioner.
The organization said that failure of police department is the main reason to increasing rapes and other crimes against women in the state.
It also said that it is very unfortunate that state police have not woke up even after the delhi rape incident.
