Bangalore: Popular Front of India strongly condemns the murder of political fighter and editor of an urdu weekly Hafiz Shamsul Huda and demands for the arrest of culprits.
He was a good leader of Muslim community and was engaging himself in fight for social justice. He had been detained in Bangalore and Ballary Jails during emergency period for strongly criticizing it. His associates have complained that he was receiving threat calls for spearheading recent protests against Amanath Cooperative Bank Ltd.
Popular Front of India demands that police should bring the culprits into the book without blowing before any political pressure.
