SDPI Educational Awareness Camp for the Drop Outs

SDPI Team Belgaum organized an "Educational Awareness Camp" for those dropouts who could not continue their education for one or the other reason.

The camp was organized on 8th January 2012 at a hall of Hazrat Qattal Shah Wali Dargah. The awareness speech was delivered by Shri. M.B. Badbade [KAS], the Managing Director of CMA Belgaum. He guided the participants on how can the drop outs continue their education even now, irrespective of their ages.

This particular camp being organized in different areas of the city to spread the importance of education and create enthusiasm in the prospective dropouts. The camp aims at continuing the education of the dropouts and turning them to reach at least PUC or SSLC through KOS [Karnataka Open Schooling] / NIOS and Distance Education Mode.
SDPI Team Belgaum District has associated itself morally with CMA [Career Management Studies], an NGO/institution in the city to work on and find a solution to the baffling issues of the society.

The dignitaries invited were Shri. Ayeen Samad Khanapuri [Sr. Journalist of Rashtriya Sahara] and the elders of Jama'at Hazrat Qattal Shah Wali Dargah/Masjid Committee.

Shri. Nasir Gadiwale, the President of Belgaum Auto Drivers' Association also spoke on the association also spoke on the occasion. He called on the auto drivers who could not secure driving licenses due to their lack of studies/SSLC certifications, to complete their studies and be proud in applying for a driving license with a valid SSLC certificate.

The dignitaries expressed their happiness towards the organizing of such a beneficial program. And that the SDPI Team Belgaum has been lauded for their social service activities.
