Faizy National Secretary of SDPI, Moulanna Usman Beig, Wahidur Rahman president of SDPI, Manipur State, Rafi Shah State secretary SDPI, Manipur state , Mufti Arshad Hussein Quasmi State President Popular Front of India , Md Khalid Rashadi SDPI candidate and Tahidul Islam Member National Working committee SDPI were the present at the meeting and delivered their speech.

In the public meeting which held at about 11am Rafi shah, State secretary SDPI had given his welcome address. In his speech national president E. Abu Backer told about the insecure situation prevailed in the past government. He urged the voters to exercise their franchise as a weapon in this democratic election to form a prosperous egalitarian form of government. Political leaders of the past who mishandled the law and orders could not able control the situation and they were responsible for the present pathetic insecurity. They turned their gunpoint towards the innocent peace loving citizens. No one paid any attention to end the 11 years old fasting of Irom Chanu Shrmila's demanding to repeal anti people black law. Crimes rates continued to increase in the state. 120 days of economic blockade imposed in the past against this state is an example of lack of willpower and an ample evidence of the weakness of the state political leaders.

In such situation, SDPI is very much needed to produce its own candidate as a symbol of peace & communal harmony, to enable to form a good government. So, each and every one among us especially the participants of this meeting are requested to cast their valuable vote in the symbol(Auto Rickshaw) allotted for Md. Khalid Rashadi, candidate of 30-lilong Assembly constituency.

Then, Moulana Usman Beig chairman, All India Imams Council had delivered his valuable speeches. He asks the general Public to join us for a struggle for justice and to change the politics. Candidates of all other parties are trying to buy the voters by spending huge amounts of money. we must not allow this.
No candidate of this constituency worried about innocent youths being killed here at point blank range. They have not paid any attention to stop the killings. A memorandum was submitted to the governor of Manipur regarding the arrest of two youths by the police commandos; while they were going to petrol pump, They were shot dead by the police personnel without any trials. Not only this incidents what about the Professor Islamuddin, Rabina and others who were killed were innocents. So,to change existing insecure situation of the state please cast your valuable votes in the interest of the good governance by using your rightful duties.

Then, Mv Wahidur Rahman State president SDPI had given his valuable speeches and requested the public to cast their votes in the interest of forming a good government in the coming 10th Assembly Election 2012 which to be held on January 28.

Then, Mufti Arshad Quashmi, State president, Popular Front of India requests the people to think over the past history. Since 1980 congress government have been ruling the state. During congress regime headed by R.K. Dorendra many draconian black laws were imposed in this state which includes Disturbed area Act, Armed Forces (Special Powers) Act, 1950 etc, under this Draconian black laws many innocents had lost their lives.

Every year both the National Highways blockade continues for at least 2 to 3 month consecutively. During the blockade the price of petrol was high up to Rs 200/litre. Gas cylinder costs shoots up from Rs 1200 up to Rs2000 per cylinder. So, it is the right time to throw away the ruling congress government. And i am requesting the Public to cast their valuable vote in the interest of the forming a good government.

Md Khalid Rashadi, candidate of the 30-Lilong Assembly Constituency the final speaker of the meeting welcomed all the gathering and requested the general Public to cast their vote unitedly to form a new good government in the interest of the future generation.
