Bangalore: Social Democratic Party of India, Bangalore District conducted a Get together at Adam’s Golden Heritage, Benson town, Bangalore on 18th Feb 2012 to educate the current political scenario in India & the anti peoples policies of the governments & the corruption since independence. The program venue was packed with over 500 people.  The program started at 6:30 PM and went on till past 9:00 PM.

The gathering was welcomed by Bangalore District General Secretary Mr. Waseem Ahmed.

Pavur (Karnataka): Proving its commitment to people pro stance Social Democratic Party of India, Pavur Gram Pachayath Committee provided street light arrangements to the areas comes under the jurisdiction of Pavur Gram Panchayath.
Gram Panchayath member and SDPI local leader Nasir Malar and Haris Malar handed over the street lights that costs nearly 30,000 Rs to Gram Panchayath president Khadar Inoli and Panchayath Development Officer Usha.

Kozhikode: Sedition charge taken against activists of Social Democratic Party of India (SDPI) by Nadakkavu police for waving black flags against Kerala Chief Minister has been revoked. Nadakkavu police submitted report in Kozhikode 4th magistrate court in this regards.
Police action came in the backdrop of SDPI black march to the office of Kerala CM yesterday demanding the repeal of sedition charge against its activists.
State president Nasaruddeen Elamaram said that police decision marked the victory of SDPI agitations.

He was inaugurating the black march to Kerala Chief Minister Oommen Chandy's office organised by SDPI demanding the revocation of sedition charges slapped against its activists who waved black flags to CM at Kozhilkode.
