New Delhi 3rd September 2016 : The inaugural program of the national campaign 'Stop politics of hate' was held at Nagercoil, kanyakumari dist., Tamil nadu, on September 1, 2016. The month long campaign by Popular Front of India includes public speeches, street meets, and seminars.
The inaugural program's presidential speech was delivered by K.M. Sheriff, national chairman of Popular Front. He mentioned that the hate speeches by the Sangh Parivar leaders are not just against the minorities and dalits, but against the entire humanity.
New Delhi: Popular Front Chairman KM Shareef in his latest statements said that the growing number of unconditional acquittals of under-trails who languished years in jails charged the draconian law UAPA is proof enough that the law is absolutely against the interest of justice and human rights. He demanded the immediate repeal of the Law.
The beautiful land of Kashmir was devastated by the flood which, it is considered, as the worst flood that has ever hit the valley. More than 2600 villages were reported to be affected by floods and almost 390 villages in Kashmir were completely submerged. The preliminary assessment of damages to property was estimated between Rs.5000 cr to Rs.6000 cr. Major cities like Srinagar were severely damaged which resulted in the collapse of the local economy. The flood left thousands homeless life of people was shattered.
New Delhi: Popular Front of India chairman K M Shareef in a statement strongly condemned atrocities by some mysterious militant groups on the religious minorities and innocent civilians in Pakistan. Shareef expressed deep sorrow over the loss of lives of innocent Christians in the church attacks in Lahore yesterday. Such attacks have already turned that country into a hell not only for the minorities, but the entire people of Pakistan. The brutalities against minorities cannot be tolerated in any civilized society.
